b) For details of all our walks please visit our FB page or our pages on walks on this website.
c) For scheduled walks we require a minimum number of 4 people to conduct any event within Bengaluru and at least 6 people for a outside Bengaluru event. 
d) In case we don't have the required numbers to conduct a scheduled walk, we reserve the right to cancel the event. A full refund will be issued within 3 business/ working days.


CUSTOMISED WALKS

Rates for customised walks/ private tours for individuals as well as groups:

 3-hour walks

 6-hour walks

 1) 1 - 2 persons : INR 2,750/- per head
 2) 3 - 4 persons : INR 2,500/- per head
 3) 5 - 9 persons : INR 2,000/- per head

 4) 10 - 15 persons: INR 1,500/- per head

 5) Above 16 persons: INR 750/- per head

 1) 1 - 2 persons : INR 5,500/- per head
 2) 3 - 4 persons : INR 4,500/- per head
 3) 5 - 9 persons : INR 3,500/- per head​

 4) 10 - 15 persons: INR 2,750/- per head
 5) Above 16 persons: INR 1,500/- per head

 

Refund & cancellation policy for scheduled and customized walks: 
a) Cancellations up to 72 hours before the event/ walk start time will be given 100% refund. 
b) Cancellations up to 48 hours before the event/ walk start time will be given 50% refund.  
c) Cancellations up to 24 hours before the event/ walk start time will be given 25% refund.
d) Refund for cancellations a), b) c) will be issued within 3 business/ working days.
e) No cancellation allowed within 24 hours of the start of the event/ walk. If a guest is unable to attend an event/ walk for any reason, she/ he may use amount paid for the unattended event/ walk as an equivalent credit towards any walk within next one month. 
f) All our events start on schedule, unless communicated otherwise. Attending even a part of the event is considered full participation. No refund will be given for coming late or departing early from an event.
